The Admissions and Records office supports students on their journey to a better future and helps to navigate students through the admissions process. Our department manages all student records which include residency, profile updates, transcripts, and education verifications amongst other services. Records

The Admissions and Records office performs a variety of record changes and updates. Documentation may be required to make changes to your student profile. For more information, please visit the LSC Catalog. 

Transcripts

Lone Star College accepts official transcripts from high schools, home schools and accredited college institutions.

High School transcripts should be submitted to Lone Star College upon high school graduation. College transcripts are required from all institutions attended. Official college transcripts may be requested through GetMyTranscript.com. 

Registration & Records Support

Throughout the admissions and enrollment process, you may need to submit additional documentation to fulfill requirements for enrollment or to update your records.

All forms and submissions can be made by completing and sending forms from your myLoneStar student email accounts to Admissions and Records at TC-Admissions@Lonestar.edu or visiting one of our four convenient locations. Please choose from any of the forms below:
