Darlene M. Hajduk is a fifteen year veteran of the promotional products profession and is the founder and President of ProLine Supply Company, Inc.  She has been nominated three times for “Small Business of the Year” for the Cyfair Houston Chamber of Commerce. Hajduk is also the former Director of the Greensheet Education Foundation.  She has a B.S. degree in Media Communications from Medaille College, in Buffalo, NY. She has been on the Houston Promotional Products Association Board for the past three years and Cy-Fair chapter of the American Business Woman’s Association.  Additionally, she has held several leadership positions in local networking and business organizations. Darlene continues to be involved with the community through volunteer work with the Cy-Fair Educational Foundation, the Vaughn Gage Center, as well as other organizations. Speaker Profile:
Melissa Rotholz has been with the Lone Star College System since 2007. She is currently LSC-CyFair’s Director of Instructional and Organizational Development, but has also worked as a Business Solutions Consultant for the Corporate Training department.  Melissa graduated from TSU with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in Marketing.  She worked 3 years as a Galleria Sales Manager, and then 4 years as a Quality Assurance Analyst at Van Kampen Funds.  She earned her master’s degree in Organizational and Human Resource Development from Abilene Christian University in 2009 and enjoys facilitating online courses for them.  Melissa has been a member of the American Business Women’s Association since 2007 and has held several officer positions for the Cy-Fair Express Network, recognized nationally as a Best Practices network. She also served two years as chair of the Business in Growth (BIG) Training Academy for the Cy-Fair Houston Chamber of Commerce.

Deborah Hroch is a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor and has consulted with small businesses using QuickBooks since 1998, regardless of their experience with the software.  From new users requesting training and data file setup to long-time QuickBook users wanting to maximize their program use by integrating QuickBooks with other applications like point of sale systems, Deborah has done it all.  She consults with businesses at all levels to make sure they are using the program efficiently and to the fullest capacity possible.
