The spirit and entrepreneurial mastermind behind the Breakfast Klub and Reggae Hut Café, Marcus Davis, is best known for his charismatic personality, authentic "kustomer" appreciation, and his tireless "kommitment" to the "kommunities" he serves. Applying “kommunity” as his guiding principle in his business and personal life, he has "kreated" one of the most phenomenal restaurant success stories in the country. Davis earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at Texas Southern University and earned a graduate degree in Education Administration at Prairie View A&M.  He is the host of the weekly radio show “Sunday Morning Live” on Radio One‘s KMJQ 102 FM, and is a highly sought after business and motivational speaker. • March 4, 2015 - Be a Star with Your Customers
In order to create long-term relationships with your customers, you need to amaze them. In this engaging, interactive seminar, Mike Hagan of Marketing & More, will show how to make a great first impression, build rapport, exceed expectations and get customers to come back, buy more, and bring their friends with them.

Mike HaganSpeaker Biography: Michael (Mike) Hagan...Principal & Co-founder Marketing & More
The co-founding of Marketing & More comes as a culmination of a career working at many great companies and organizations who always were successful in maintaining strong branding through brand loyalty, superior products and having passionate people who created great experiences for the customers they served. These included Proctor & Gamble, Riviana Foods, Anheuser-Busch, Coca-Cola and the YMCA. But, as I talked with my local hardware store, the grocer down the street, small community-based non-profits among others, I always heard the same thing..."sure, big companies like the ones you work for can win in the marketplace because you have a big budget. I cannot compete!" As I began to look at some of the most successful and growing companies, it was not the size of their budget,; it was the size of their passion to provide great, memorable experiences that kept their customers coming back and bringing friends with them! It was all about branding.
